Condolences & Memories (7 entries)

  • My deepest sympathies for your loss. May you find comfort in precious memories in this time of sorrow. I worked with Irene on "The Arrow" and "My Life as a Dog-children's tv series". She was exceptional in her job, fun to work with, and always kept our spirits up. She was a huge support to Pia (her supervisor/friend) who relied on her expertise and emotional support. Her best part of the day was lunches with Pia and of course going home to see her children and grandchildren. I saw Irene at my dad's funeral last year..she braved minus 20 in a wheelchair to be there, like a true blue heart of a winnipegger. I was grateful and in awe. She is truly an inspiration. Thoughts and prayers are with you all. - Posted by: Priscilla (co-worker) on: Mar 02, 2012
