JOHN SAHAIDAK After a brief battle with cancer and with his family by his side, John went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2012 at the age of 63. John is survived by his wife Edith, daughter Shelley (Dan), son Dale (Tara); grandchildren Matthew, Andrea, Shane-Tyler, Brianna and Kaitlyn; mother Olga and step-dad Albert; mother-in-law Eva; brothers Ted (Rose) and Mike (Hannah); sisters Charlotte and Debbie (Steve), and numerous sister and brothers-in-law and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his still-born son Matthew, dad Mike and father-in-law Tony. A private family service was held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Society, Parkinsons Society of Manitoba and the MS Society. My soul, wait thou only upon God, for my expectation is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation, He is my defence, I will not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory, the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in him at all times, ye people, pour out your heart before him, God is a refuge for us. Psalms 62:5-8 Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Gimli in care of arrangements.

To the late Johnny. So quiet yet so smart and educational. Hard working and true to what he needed to do in life. Joe - Posted by: Joe Tremblay (Member from moms side of family) on: Mar 08, 2012
