AURORA SIGRIDUR LINDAL October 1, 1915 - March 6, 2012 Peacefully on March 6, 2012 at the E.M. Crowe Memorial Hospital in Eriksdale, MB, Aurora of Lundar, MB passed away at the age of 96 years. Aurora was predeceased by her parents, Daniel and Margret Lindal; twin brother Ingolfur, brothers Trausti, Norman, and Allan and sister Lillian. She was a loving and caring aunt to her numerous nephews, great-nephews, great- nieces and their families. We will always cherish her memory. Aurora started her working career in the Lundar Post Office with her father Dan, eventually retiring as Post Mistress. After retirement she became the primary caregiver to her mother Margret and thereafter a loving companion to her sister Lillian. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the individuals who provided support and care to Aurora so that she could continue to live independently these past few years. A special mention to Marilyn Eirickson for her devotion to Aurora. Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at a later date.
