GLADYS KITCHEN It is with great sadness that we have to announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and sister Gladys Kitchen, aged 74 years on Friday, March 16, 2012. She leaves to mourn her passing her son Robert (Sheila); two daughters Roberta (Grant) and Tina (Ryan); four grandchildren Robyn (Jessie), Shane (Cynthia), Robert and Andrew Kitchen; three great-grandchildren Keira, Jose and Ayden; two brothers Andrew (Helen) and Roy (Marilyn); two sisters Margaret (Jerry) and Gertie (Doug) and numerous relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her father William; mother Daisy; son Darren; brothers John and Martin and sisters Mary and Dorothy. An evening prayer service will be held on Wednesday, March 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel in Selkirk. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 22 at 1:00 p.m. also in the chapel with Rev. Jim Wolfe officiating. Interment will follow in the Scanterbury Cemetery with luncheon to follow at the Patricia Beach hall. Special thanks to Yvonne Hourie, Cindy Buss, Mike Cyr, Ryan Ehnes, Aunt Zita, the Stefishen family and Rick Plamondon for all their help. Thank to the staff at the Health Sciences Center for taking such good care of not only our mom's needs but our needs as well!
