Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWINNIFRED MAY NASH July 16, 1914 April 5, 2012 Winnifred left us peacefully on April 5, 2012, at Oakview Place at the age of 97 years. She is predeceased by her parents, sister Beatrice and brother Jimmy. She is survived by brother Tommy, numerous nephews and nieces and good friends Don and June and their family. Winnifred was employed by the T. Eaton Company for over 40 years, and was a life long member of the St. James Presbyterian Church, serving in many positions. She was also a member of the P.E.O Chapter F Winnipeg, Manitoba for over 50 years. A special thanks to all the staff on the second floor at Oakview Place. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at the St. James Presbyterian Church, 1476 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. James Presbyterian Church, 1476 Portage Ave. Winnipeg, Manitoba R3G 0W3, or to Oakview Place Extendicare, 2395 Ness Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba R3J 1A5 THOMSON IN THE PARK 925-1120 Condolences may be sent to www.thomsoninthepark.com

I always remember Auntie made us a handmade Christmas ornament for our tree and attached it to our presents each year. She was always baking for PEO and we attended many bake sales just hoping to purchase some of her wonderful scones. I will miss you. I also fondly remember you and Bea out at the lake when you were in your 80's wading thru the waters of Grand Beach.
