RICHARD JOHN DARRYL MARTENS Rick Martens, of Lowe Farm, passed away at his residence on Thursday, April 26, 2012, at the age of 45 years. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Candice (nee Dyck); his daughter Brielle and son Tanner; his parents John and Susan Martens; and sisters Chris and Ed Froese, Tammy and Byron Klassen, and their families. Also surviving are his parents-in-law Edward and Tina Dyck, brother-in-law Pat and Tara Dyck, and Ryan and Lisa Dyck, and their families. A memorial service will be held at the Open Door Church, Southern Manitoba Convention Centre, in Morris, on Tuesday, May 1 at 2:00 p.m. A private family burial will be held at the Lowe Farm Cemetery prior to the memorial. There will be viewing at the Morris Funeral Home today (Monday, April 30, 2012) from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. If friends so desire, donations may be made to a Trust Fund for Rick's children Brielle and Tanner Martens, c/o Access Credit Union, Box 265, Lowe Farm, MB R0G 1E0.
