RENEE LAURA BONIN (née MARLEAU) April 28, 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved wife and mother at her home in Winnipeg. She leaves to cherish her memory husband Victor; sons David (Gale) and Christopher (Shannon); daughter Michelle (Paul); brothers Louis (Julie), Philippe (Linda) and Marc (Shirley); sister Suzanne (Ken); sister-in-law Yvonne (Leo); brother-in-law Philip, and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. She was predeceased by her mother Isabelle, father Lucien, mother-in-law Emma and father-in-law Victor. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Renée attended St. Joseph's Academy on her way to becoming a teacher where she taught at Provencher School and Marion School. Renée was foremost a loving mother. It was her purpose to be a mother to her family and anyone who needed her. She will be remembered most for her generosity; whether it was cooking you a delicious meal, listening to your challenges or giving you her shoulder to cry on. Her life motto was: I am big, loud and outrageous, I can't hide in a crowd and I can't be anything else so what you see is what you get . That is how she lived. Spending time at Jessica Lake with Victor and her family was the greatest joy of her life. Her joy will live in our hearts forever. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba. In keeping with Renée's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial mass will be held on Friday, May 4 at 2:00 p.m. at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 264 Donwood Drive, 669-0501.
