LEO ST. MARS Suddenly at his home, on May 16 2012, Leo St. Mars passed away at the age of 85 years. Leo is lovingly remembered by his wife of 63 years, Marguerite (nee Pelletier), seven sons: Paul, Al, George, Rolland, Gerald, Maurice, Norman, four daughters: Lorraine, Eveline, Claudette, Denise and their spouses. 19 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; his two brothers Louis (Agnes) St. Mars, Ed St. Mars and one sister Louise Jubinville. Predeceased by one infant son Raymond, parents Arthur and Marie St. Mars and brother-in-law Henri Jubinville. Leo was employed with the City of Winnipeg Water Works for forty years and enjoyed spending time with all his co-workers. His many passions included fishing, hunting, camping, dancing, fiddling music, his large family and of course the wonderful truck trips he took with Gerald. We will miss his sense of humour, his many stories and jokes. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Lorette Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, With Interment to take place at Green Acres. We are so sorry to hear of Mr. St. Mars' passing. We always loved to chat with him across our backyard when we were backyard neighbours. He used to jokingly tell us he was going to throw all his cutworms into our garden. We will miss seeing him out for his walks.
