Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • Anne was my client for 12 and half years. Twice a week I would be with her and we discussed the news of the day and the state of the world! I was heartbroken that I missed her funeral and was not able to pay tribute to her . I will miss her dearly ! She was a great lady! - Posted by: Lucy Pachkowski (Heath Care Aide) on: Jul 27, 2012

  • We take the sorrow of Auntie Anne's passing and replace it with the joy of having shared her life. We have enough pleasant memories to fill books. I would come out in summer, at Mom's house on Kildare Ave. I would BBQ a Sockeye Salmon in the back yard. She and Uncle Arnold would come out from Libau for the fish and family. Uncle Rudy (I made sure there was 2 kinds of diet pop for him) and Auntie Anne came too. It was giving back as that kind of love can only be repaid by love. When it comes to extended family you never had to extend far to reach her. She left with our love in her heart. More importantly she left her love in ours. In this time of sharing sorrow, we look to memories on the morrow. We will see her smiling face, in the most unexpected place. In the midst of daily deeds, we will place loves memory seeds. Gone but forever here. I wish that I could have been there to share what is shared with me... - Posted by: Gerald P. Gajausky (Nephew) on: Jun 09, 2012

  • We are thinking of all of you at this sad time, but we are also remembering all of the happy times. Visiting Aunty Anne and Uncle Arnold was part of growing up, for both generations. Even when we came to Man. from B.C., our visit was not complete without a visit to the farm. We were always surrounded by family and love when we were there. The centre of that was Aunty Anne. Her family was the most important part of her life; she took care of all of us and we will always remember her for that. Goodbye, dear Aunty Anne. We will never forget you. - Posted by: Lorraine, Nathan, Reesa, and Justin (niece and family) on: Jun 05, 2012
