JOHN EDWARD KAYER November 24, 1933 - June 6, 2012 After a brief illness our beloved John passed away at Concordia Hospital. He was predeceased by his wife of nearly 50 years Laura; parents Michael and Bernice; brother Joseph; sister Stephanie (Mike). John is survived by brother Ted (Joy); sister Jerri (George); niece Jill (Todd); nephews Bob (Sara), Jim and Josh, along with great-nephews and nieces. Also mourning his loss are his in-laws Verna and Frank King and family, as well as brother-in-law Arthur. John spent nearly his entire career self-employed in the trucking industry. He and Laura enjoyed travel and in later years he developed a love for golf and spent many enjoyable hours on the course with brother Ted and his buddies. Cremation has taken place. As per John's wishes a private service will be held. Till we meet again...In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the charity of your choice.
