CECILE LAMBERT (née CHAPELLAZ) 1917-2012 It's with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, Cécile Lambert at the St. Claude Pavilion on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at the age of 95 years. She leaves to mourn her passing 10 children: Georges (Lucille), Henri (Gertrude), Angèle (Roger) Pantel, Elise (Arthur) Gautron, Marcel, Marie Kostyniuk, André (Simone), Alphonse (Rita), Denis (Juliette), Aline (Dan) Valeska also 30 grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren. Cécile was predeceased by her loving husband, Noé in 1994, her father François Chapellaz, her mother Marie (née Juliard), her sister Gabrièlle Bazin, her brother Louis Chapellaz, three brothers Louis, Jean and Henri in their young age, her brother-in-law Romain Bazin, sister-in-law Yvette Chapellaz, great granddaughter Chelsea Lambert in 1998 and great-grandson Jacob Lubkiwski in 2009, also many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Cécile was a great mother and always ready to help her family and friends. She enjoyed being surrounded by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends. Her door was always open. She had a great faith in her God and also the blessed Virgin Mary. The family wish to thank all the staff at the St. Claude Pavilion and Dr. G. Viens for the excellent care and compassion which was given to our dear mother. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the St. Claude Pavilion, Box 400 St. Claude, MB R0G 1Z0, Alzheimer's Society of Manitoba, Box 119, 204 Main Street Winkler, MB R6W 4A4 or a charity of choice. Recitation of the rosary, eulogy and music at 1:15 p.m. followed by Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m. with Father Marcel Carrière officiating. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
