Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEMIL SACHWI August 2, 1918 - June 28, 2012 Quietly, on Thursday, June 28, 2012, Emil Sachwi passed away at the age of 93. Emil leaves to mourn his daughter Lillian Bastien (Clarence), son Harold, son-in-law Norbert Bellec; grandchildren Lorissa, Debbie (Troy), Sherri-Dawn (Kurt), Crystal (Jamie), Jesse, and Melissa; great-grandchildren Justin, Jordan, and Madison. He was predeceased on February 26, 2012 by his wife Elfriede, daughters Irene Crellin in July of 1994, Linda Bellec in December of 2004, and granddaughter Cory Crellin-Lilke in May of 1999. A special Thank You to the staff at Kildonan Personal Care Home for the professionalism exhibited during his residency at the centre. In approximately 1980, I had the distinct pleasure and honor of meeting Mr Sachwi through his son, Harold. Mr Sachwi always treated me with respect, and it was evident he was a strong believer of God, and a family man, who loved his children and put their needs first. Although I lost touch with Mr Sachwi around 1990 , he had continued to be in my occasional thoughts and prayers.
