My friend Theresa, What can I tell you...she was witty, caring, stubborn, loving, persistent, and always willing to share a story or two, or three!! For those of you that knew Theresa, her life was not always easy. But she tried and fought so hard for a "normal" life without doctors, pain, tiredness, sadness, and hospitals. That never happened for her, but whenever I saw her, despite all of this she always had a smile on her face. When she smiled her whole face changed!! We were neighbours and would see each other often. We talked together, cried together, and laughed together, shared recipes (she made a pretty mean borscht, but my potato salad won!) She took immense pride in her appearance, she loved to put together different looks. She was really great at it too! She would call me to come and see her latest outfit and I was always amazed at her sense of colour and texture. She loved the different seasons and the celebrations that came with them, especially Christmas. Her Christmas tree was her pride and joy. I'll miss celebrating them with her. Theresa was someone you never forget, I won't. I hope I made you smile Theresa, I'll miss you. God Bless you. Love your friend, Jan ❤ - Posted by: Jan () on: Jul 16, 2012
