Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIE-ANGE DUVAL January 28, 1931 - July 28, 2012 Marie-Ange Duval (nee Mondor), of St. Jean-Baptiste, peacefully passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2012, at the Red River Valley Lodge in Morris at the age of 81. She was predeceased by her loving husband Marcien; brother Georges Mondor and sister-in-law Rolande; brother Gustave Mondor; sister Henriette Fredette and brother-in-law Louis; sister Armande Lorteau; brothers-in-law Adrien Bouchard, Paul Duval and sister-in-law Claire; and sister-in-law Juliette Duval. Mother leaves to mourn her son Michel and his friend Rosie; her sister Claire Bouchard and her brother Jean Mondor (Simone); and in-laws Joe Lorteau, Rene and Germaine Trudeau, as well as many nieces and nephews. Maggie , as known by her siblings, had a passion for cooking for family gatherings. She had a love for her many flowers and sewing. She especially loved playing cards and being triumphant at the end of the day. The funeral mass will be celebrated by Father Georges Damphousse at the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, August 1 at 4:00 p.m. with the interment and reception to follow. I wish to thank the staff of the Red River Valley Lodge for all their fabulous care and compassion. Nos sympathies, Michel pour la perte de ta chère mère. Elle fut chanceuse d'avoir un fils comme toi..Tu étais seul à voir à ses demandes. Parfois, elle voulait avoir quelques choses immédiatement. Nous avons de bons souvenirs d'elle comme parent à l'école..Elle était fière de toi.
