WILLIAM EDGAR SANDERCOCK 1916 - 2012 On Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Tabor Home in Morden, MB Edgar Sandercock, aged 95 years went to his eternal rest. Edgar was born the eldest surviving son of William and Emma Sandercock of the Dunston district. He was educated in the area and also farmed there with his father until he joined the Royal Canadian Army Service Corp in 1942. In 1949, he married Betty Knox and together they raised two children while living in Morden. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Betty (nee Knox), daughter, Lynn Sandercock and Ken Friesen, son, Mark and Cathy Sandercock, two grandchildren, Dylan Croll and Meghan Sandercock as well as one sister, two brothers and four sisters-in-law. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held on Friday, August 3, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Wiebe Funeral Chapel 1050 Thornhill St. in Morden with ash interment prior at Dunston Cemetery.
