EDYTHE HARGRAVE (nee ELWIN) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, Edythe Isabel Hargrave (Elwin). After a brief illness, Edythe passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 19, 2012 at the age of 82 with her family by her side. She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her three children Linda (Wolfgang), Eleanor (Glenn), David (Louise); seven grandchildren, Kelly (Tamer), Michael (Adrienne), Andrea (Jason), Jenny, Graham (Cheryl), Adam and Ian; four great-grandchildren, Hayley, Elizabeth, Anna and Carter. She is also survived by her brother Art (Olive) and their children Edie and Chris; her sisters-in-law, Eleanor and Connie (Sidney) and brother-in-law David (Doreen). She was predeceased by her parents and her husband Cullen (Red) and her beloved granddaughter, Jaime Leigh. Edythe worked many years in the Eaton's credit office. One of her greatest enjoyments was the Trinity United dinner group and her many friends at the Re-Fit Centre. Edythe will be dearly missed by those who knew her and will be fondly remembered as being kind and gentle. The family wishes to express our special thanks to the caring staff on N1 South at Concordia Hospital. A memorial service will take place on Friday, August 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity United Church, 933 Summerside Avenue.
