PETER STEVEN CHARATON January 25, 1933 - August 22, 2012 With deep sadness we announce the passing of Peter at Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday August 22, 2012, at the age of 79 years. Peter was predeceased by his mother, father, sister and his longtime special friend Audrey Mathers. Peter leaves behind his nieces and cousins, his morning coffee buddies and many other friends and neighbours. Peter lived most of his life in St. Andrews, MB. He had a great passion for sports, both playing and coaching baseball, football and hockey. He worked for Abex and CAE. We will always remember Peter as a kind giving, gentle man and for his homemade pickles and jam. We would like to thank the many doctors and nurses in SICU and CICU and H6 at the Health Sciences Centre for your kind and com-passionate care of our dear friend Peter. Memorial Mass will be held Monday, August 27, at 10:30 a.m. in the Holy Trinity Church, in Gonor, MB with Father Peter Chorney officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Peter's name to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 Mcdermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3A 1P6.
