BEATRICE ALICE DUBOIS (nee ANDRE) August 17, 1921 - August 25, 2012. With sorrow in our hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Beatrice. She was our Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma, Sister, Aunt and friend for 91 fantastic years. Mom leaves behind her four children Arlette Beaulieu (Edward), Réjeanne Dodd (Robert), Francine Choquette (Norman) and Rhéal Dubois (Odile). She also says goodbye to her 10 grandchildren Ronald (Lisa), Norman (Sylvia), Lionel, Daniel, Gisèle (Dan), Jason (Nancy), Denis (Lizanne), Nicole, André (Rachael) and Chantal along with her 11 great-grandchildren Stéphane, Patrick, Sophie, Sabrina, Justin, Jacob, Elle, Ava, Danyka, Roxanne and Kassidy. Mom also will be missed by her sisters Jeanne D'Arc, Thérèse, Marcelle and Ferdinande along with many nieces, nephews and close friends. Mom was predeceased by her parents Rémi and Angèle, her husband Marcel, her infant son Joachim, her sisters Marie, Geneviève, Germaine, Bernadette and her very close friend Phillip André. Mom grew up on a farm in St. Labre, MB, where she worked very hard with her eight sisters. She married our dad, Marcel, in 1940 and raised four beautiful children in Florze, MB. Mom and Dad moved into Winnipeg where she worked for many years in the home care industry. Mom was a classy lady who was always dressed up in a nice skirt and blouse. You never saw Mom without lipstick which she joked that it was her cigarette that she pulled from her purse and pressed to her lips. She enjoyed dancing and also loved to sing. She loved spending time with her family and certainly knew what the important things in life were. We will love you forever Mom. Our family would like to thank the nurses at Action Marguerite for their care and companionship they gave to Mom over the last few years. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, August 28 at 7:00 p.m. at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 DesMeurons. The funeral service will be at the Saint-Benoît-Labre Roman Catholic Church in St. Labre, MB, on Wednesday, August 29 at 11:00 a.m. with viewing beginning at 10:30 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a worthy charity of your choice in Mom's memory. Condolences may be sent to www.desjardinsfuneralchapel.ca. DESJARDINS 204-233-4949 1-888-233-4949
