SHARON MARSH March 30, 1943 - August 29, 2012 It is with deep sadness that the family of Hannah Barbara Sharon Marsh (nee Smith), aged 69 years, announces her passing with her family by her side on Wednesday, August 29, 2012, after a lengthy battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Sharon was predeceased by her parents Catherine and Lawrence Smith and husband Captain Frank Marsh Sr. (2008) and her son Jason Marsh (2012). Sharon is survived by her three sons, Frank Jr. (Teri), Jonathan, Earland (Denise) and granddaughter Barbara Marie, grandsons Christopher and Brennan, and also numerous nieces and nephews. Sharon was born in Selkirk on March 30, 1943 where she resided all her life. Sharon held various career positions in her life time which brought a lot of joy to her life, during that time Sharon met the love of her life Frank and settled down and started a family. Sharon loved playing Bingo, doing her Sudoku puzzles and word searches. The family would to thank the staff at Red River Nursing Home for the quality of life and the nursing staff at the Selkirk General Hospital for their exceptional care. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 4th, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, MB.
