Oh, the memories. So many good memories and good times! He even let me drive the tractor at a young age- at the farm and into town. I remember sitting in the house and listening to him play his instruments but the thrill was when he would yodel and make me giggle with enjoyment. Riding in his 56 Ford Fairlane 500, as fast as it would go. HOLD ON!! SPENT MANY GOOD SUMMERS ON THE FARM WITH HIM AS MY MENTOR. Oh how he could cook!!! Trips to the garage in town to visit with his cronies. I remember his wedding reception and how I was amazed at the big horn at the door to accept wedding gifts, cards and donations. I remember I didn't know then, that they made instruments that big. I remember fondly our last visit. It was in Thunder Bay, when my Mom died. He, Uncle Ted, Kenny and I had lunch at the casino. If only we had had a chance to visit again. Uncle Ed will be missed by many. Our thoughts and our prayers are with you and yours at this time. - Posted by: Brian Mundell (Nephew) on: Oct 01, 2012

Ed was a very good friend of my father, Orville Marshall. After Dad moved into Woodland Courts they became great friends, went places together, listened to their favorite music together, had meals together, had a snort together most days, and really enjoyed their friendship. Ed was a very very nice man, and my father will miss him dearly. - Posted by: Darlene (Marshall) Vokey (friend) on: Sep 27, 2012
