GHISLAIN VIGIER Ghislain (Gus, Titi) Vigier died peacefully, surrounded by family, in St. Boniface Hospital on September 25, 2012. He was 78. He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife Marie-Thérèse (nee Rey), his two daughters Nadine (Tim Shannon) and Jocelyne (Robert Delonis), his grandson Corey Shannon (Dawn Joyal), his granddaughter Roxanne Shannon, his precious grandbabies Sophie and Corinne Delonis-Vigier and his two great-grandchildren, Chase and Dayton Shannon. He also leaves behind his two brothers Gérald (Huguette) and Guy (Janine), numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly, his in-laws and some close friends whom he met while working for Crown Lands. He was predeceased by his first wife Denise (nee Augert), his parents Gustave and Yvonne (nee Pittet), his two sisters and their husbands Suzanne (Gaby Augert) and Huguette (Eddie Buhr), and his nephew Danny Buhr. We wish to thank all those who visited him and those who prayed for him. We have lost a loving, forgiving, generous and non-judgmental man who lived by an admirable creed. Funeral Mass will be said in St. Boniface Cathedral on Saturday, September 29 at 10:00 a.m. Cremation has already taken place. GHISLAIN VIGIER Ghislain (Titi) Vigier est décédé paisiblement, le 25 septembre, à l'hôpital Saint-Boniface, entouré de sa famille. Il avait 78 ans. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Marie-Thérèse (née Rey), ses filles Nadine (Tim Shannon) et Jocelyne (Robert Delonis), son petit-fils Corey Shannon (Dawn Joyal), sa petite-fille Roxanne Shannon et ses petits-enfants Sophie et Corinne Delonis-Vigier et ses deux arrière-petits-enfants Chase et Dayton Shannon. Il laisse aussi pour le pleurer deux frères Gérald (Huguette) et Guy (Janine), plusieurs neveux et nièces pour qui il avait beaucoup d'affection, et sa belle famille. L'ont précédé dans la mort, sa première épouse, Denise (née Augert), ses parents Gustave et Yvonne (née Pittet), ses deux soeurs et leurs époux, Suzanne (Gaby Augert) et Huguette (Eddie Buhr) ainsi que son neveu, Danny Buhr. Nous tenons à remercier tous ceux et celles qui ont prié pour lui et qui sont venus lui rendre visite. Ghislain était un homme aimant, toujours prêt è pardonner, généreux et qui ne jugeait personne. Il nous a laissé un exemple à suivre. Ceux qui le souhaite peuvent faire un don à la mémoire de Ghislain à Développement et Paix, 1427, boul René-Lévesque ouest, 3ième étage, Montréal, Québec, H3G 1T7. La messe des funérailles sera célébrée, en présence des cendres, le samedi 29 septembre, à compter de 10 h, en la cathédrale de Saint-Boniface.   • I was very sad to hear about Ghislain's passing and so very sorry that I just heard about it today and so did not pay our respects at the funeral Mass.
