Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGWENDOLYN MARGARET WINICK (nee GEORGISON) Peacefully on September 28, 2012 with family by her side, Gwen passed away at the Poseidon Care Centre. Gwen was predeceased by her parents Fred and May Georgison and sister, Joan Georgison. She was also predeceased by her loving husband of 56 years, Richard. Gwen was born in Souris, Manitoba on September 10, 1932 and made teaching her career until her retirement in 1993. We will all miss her great smile and sweet soul. Special thanks to everyone at the Poseidon Care Centre for their fabulous care and compassion. A family graveside interment will be held at Thompson in the Park, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.

My wife and I extend to the family of Gwen our condolences in the time of your loss. Three years ago on a trip to Winnipeg, we, along with another classmate, had a pleasant visit with Gwen at the nursing home. Gwen and I represented our class on a committee when we were students.
