A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 23 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Full obituary to follow. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.

  • We were so sorry to hear of Val's passing. We got to know her quite well on her visits out to Mark's cabin and we will miss her bubbly laugh and cheerful personality. Val was always positive despite the challenges she was facing with her health. We are glad she is now at peace and that her suffering has ended. We will always be grateful for the joy Val brought to our friend Mark's life. She will be missed.
