RITA JEANSON (Née PROULX) Went to her resting place on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at the St. Boniface Hospital following a short but courageous battle with cancer. She is survived and will be greatly missed by her children, Hélène (Mike), Gilbert (Sylvia), Paulette and Norbert; four grandchildren (who brought her great joy), Matthew (Jenelle), Renée, Patrick and Michael; brothers and sisters, Marcel (late Louise), Anne-Marie (late Louis), Cecilia (Roger), Jackie (Dan) and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. In addition to her parents Adelme and Rose (Robidoux), she was predeceased by her beloved husband of 49 years, Philippe, her brothers Eugene (Alice), Joseph and sister Leonne (Gedeon) Manaigre. Rita was a devoted mom and mémère and was happiest surrounded by her family. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held a 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 6 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons Street.
