ANN MARIA STEVENSON (nee FORSYTH) On November 5, 2012, Ann Maria Stevenson passed away in her home at the Red River Valley Lodge, Morris, Manitoba, at the age of 99 years. Ann is survived by her children Delmer (Barbara), Neil (Ingrid), Betty (Bill), Lyle (Donna) and Alan (Lorraine ); grandchildren, Loren Stevenson, Kevin (Shawna) Stevenson, Steven (Kathy) Jennings, Kristie (Patrick) Stanzel, Jayson Stevenson, Heather Stevenson, Teri (Jason) Hanstock, and Matthew (Jennifer) Stevenson; step-grandchildren André (Rhonda) Hudon, Natalie Hudon, Roxanne (Jason) Wall, Murielle (Tom) Kaatz, and Lydia (Scott) Sturby; five great-grandchildren and 11 step-great-grandchildren. Also survived by Diane Stevenson. Ann was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Bronson Stevenson, her parents John and Elizabeth Forsyth, brother Joe Forsyth and sister Ellen McShane. Ann was involved in many community organizations. Her love of children and their interests was shown in many of these activities. She belonged to the Silver Plains Community Club, the United Church Women, the Women's Institute, was a leader in the Morris Garden Club, the Horticultural Society, the Morris Museum Society, and she taught Sunday School for many years. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 10, 2012, at Morris United Church at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Jack Ballantine-Dickson officiating.
