IVY EMILY CLIFTON 1920 - 2012 Ivy Clifton passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 22, 2012, at the age of 92 years at the Red River Personal Care Home in Selkirk, MB.Ivy was predeceased by her parents Richard and Alice, her brother Victor Clifton and sister-in-law Eleanor Clifton. She is survived by cousins and friends in the Petersfield and Selkirk area, also in England. Ivy was born in England on January 4, 1920. In her younger years she worked at Fairfield's in Winnipeg and then went on to work at Safeway in Winnipeg and Selkirk and retired after 25 years. She also looked after her mom for many years and lived in the St. Andrew's area. As Ivy's friend, I would like to thank Red River Place for taking good care of Ivy for many years. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. in the St. Andrew's on the Red Anglican Church in St. Andrew's, MB. Interment will follow in the Churchyard cemetery.
