Felix is one of the most remarkable man I have ever been priveledged to meet. He imparted wisdom coupled with logic and showed me I had inherent rights as a human being and First Nation woman. He instilled values and taught me how to fight the good 'fight.' I know we will all meet him in heaven again and until then, I cherish all my memories of him as a friend, employer and teacher. My family and I extend our sympathy to the family. - Posted by: Coreene Kidd () on: Dec 08, 2012

Felix was a friend of my brother's, that is how I met him. He too became my good friend. His stories of work and life experiences were always interesting to hear. He was the only person I knew that smoked the Export A brand (green pack). The last few times we ran into each other was at the hospital. He'd stop and ask about my brother, and other people we both knew. Thank you Felix for your friendship, say hi to the old gang. - Posted by: Hilda (Friend) on: Nov 28, 2012

Felix became a close friend and brother in Christ during the past year. We often had long talks of bible truths. He joined us at our ALPHA table at Calvary Temple. He brought several guests who he wanted to see the Love of Christ in their lives just as he had experienced. Felix asked people to ``come and see `` as The Bible says in John 1:39 – 42. He often talked (and shed some tears) over his desire for his family to come and know Christ’s Love in their lives and he would ask for prayers for them to see this truth. Susan and I will miss Felix and those beautiful discussions. We will continue to pray for all his family and friends to find that Peace that goes beyond understanding. He will surely be missed by us and many others “Until we meet again”!! - Posted by: Susan and Jim Wolfe (Friends) on: Nov 28, 2012

Felix was a great friend to me. He continually shared his stories with me and taught me many life long skills. He loved music and we enjoyed every summer going to the music festivals at noon in downtown Winnipeg. I loved him and will miss him throughout the rest of my life. - Posted by: Cheryl Merrick (Friend) on: Nov 28, 2012
