He passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 64 years. Efren was a man of very few words but never hesitated from helping a person in need. By loving gestures, he could easily make anybody smile. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Mercy and children Cresta and Junsay. Also cherishing his memories are his brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. Lamay/Viewing will be held on Friday, November 30 and Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 6:00 p.m., located at Mosaic Funeral Home, 1839 Inkster Blvd. Prayers will be said at 7:00 p.m. on November 30. Monsignor Enrique Samson Jr celebrant. Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Monday, December 3 at 10:00 a.m., located at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin St. Cremation to follow.
