VICTOR MASSEY It is with heavy hearts, suddenly on the morning of December 2, 2012, at the age of 65 years, Vic passed away in his sleep. He leaves to grieve his wife and soul mate of 40 years, Theresa. He also leaves his son Paul, daughter-in-law Dawna, and their children Amanda, Natascha, Alexandria, granddaughter Jaedyn, and his beloved grand puppies Saydee and Maximus. Stepson Cliff and children Christopher, Shane and Colton, stepdaughter Nancy and her children Travis, Arron, Ryan, Lindsay, Samuel, Oliver and Bella. His sister Ruth, and nieces Kim, Brenda and Laura. He also leaves to grieve extended families, and close friends. Victor's passion for life was his ambition for his business interests. He made a point of giving his 100% dedication by his daily attention to being at the office(s) to ensure everything was in order. Building his monopoly board was always something his son, and daughter-in-law liked to tease him about. He was driven, and strived for excellence in everything he did. His quiet nature and kind demeanor were a comfort to his family and anyone who got the pleasure of encountering him. His sense of humour was a delight to those around him. Vic and Terry enjoyed their cruising. They would take time for each other and go relax and cruise. They were able to see the world. I don't think there were too many corners the two of them did not adventure together. He will forever and always remain in his family's heart. We love you. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200-6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard. He was always someone you could talk to and his sense of humor usually caught you off guard, He was so quiet, and then he would laugh, just that thought still makes me smile. Always admired vic as a great business man and a super nice guy. Every time he bought a new hotel Free Ride was honored to do his grand openings and looking back we did a lot of them. He would sit with his wife and sit and watch the show the whole night at his own grand opening and would ask if we needed anything and if everything was ok. Will always remember him that way as a great guy and the world needs more people like Vic. From all of us at Free Ride we enjoyed the journey of life together.
