Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySOLVEIG JOSEPHINE STETSKI (nee INGEBRIGTSEN) June 4, 1929 - November 28, 2012 It is with great sorrow that our family announces the passing on November 28, 2012, of our cherished Mom, Grandma, and Great-Grandma. She will be forever loved and missed by her five children, 15 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by her brother Hoken, and by many other family members and friends across Canada and in Norway. She was predeceased in 1991 by her husband George, after 41 years of marriage. Mom lived for her family. She was a loving, gentle soul who taught us to be kind and caring toward others. She is now safe in the arms of Jesus. Her children Greg (Mary Anne), Wayne (Audrey), Del/Delores (Andy Gatherum), Gwen (Roger Gadient), and Stacy (Karen) invite you to join us for a celebration of Mom's life at 10:30 a.m., Friday, December 7, 2012 at Wheeler Funeral Home, Cemetery Crematorium, 1800 Day Street. Our heartfelt thanks to all of the special people at Holy Family Home who cared for Mom over the past ten months. For those who wish to make a donation, please consider the Union Gospel Mission, 320 Princess Street, Winnipeg, a favourite charity of Mom's where she also volunteered.
