Friesen, aged 92 years, late of Rosenort, passed away Thursday, December 6, 2012 at the Red River Valley Lodge in Morris. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Frank C. L. Friesen in 2005 and her son Levi in 1987. Left to mourn her passing are her children, Henry and Angelè, Elmer and Julie, Mary and Mel Friesen, Norma and Roger Bartsch, Lydia and Jeff Friesen Rempel, Alvina and Wes Friesen, Luella and Chuck Brandt, Rose and Colin Reimer, Ron and Eleanor; daughter-in-law Hendrika (Alex Webster); 20 grandchildren and their spouses; and 18 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at the Rosenort Evangelical Mennonite Church on Monday, December 10 at 2:00 p.m. Viewing at Morris Funeral Home Sunday, 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service.
