EMERENCIANA S. MANALANSANG December 16, 1918 - January 2, 2013 Peacefully, with her family by her side, Emerenciana passed away at Health Sciences Centre at the age of 94. She was predeceased by her husband Cornelio in May 1994, her parents Maria and Martin; sister Teofila; brothers Arsenio and Melencio; and granddaughter Theresa. Left to cherish her memory are son Donato (Lucia), grandchildren Donna (Minh) and Donalyn (Jovel); son Teodolfo (Nennette), grandchildren Rommel (Mary Ann) and Heidy (Julius); son Cesar (Precy), grandchildren Marc (Gerdi) and Carlo; Magdalena (Rodolfo), grandchildren Raun (Penn), Rita Lee (JonJay), and Neil; son Raul (Beauticia) and grandson John Paul; daughter Digna, grandchildren Nicholas and Adrian; and 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters Candelaria, Sofia, Emeteria, Rosario; and many nieces and nephews in Canada, the United States, Japan and the Philippines. She will be remembered by all for her generosity, love and stories of her life. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of GH4 at HSC. Lamay/Viewing will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2013 commencing at 6:00 p.m. at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg, MB. Prayers will be said at 7:00 p.m. with Monsignor Enrique Samson Jr. officiating. Cremation will follow the service, private family interment at a later date.
