HERVE JOSEPH MALO March 20, 1938 - January 1, 2013 After a long struggle, surrounded by his family, Hervé passed away peacefully on January 1, 2013 at the St. Boniface Hospital. Left to cherish his memory is his daughter Kathy and her mother Emilie, grandchildren Brian and Monica, and Cécile Charette, his partner of 23 years. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters Reynalde Aubut, Victor, Yvette Dubé (Joseph), Lévis (Luce), Richard, Marcie Kosman (Gordon), Paule (Dave), Léo, along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and good friends. He was predeceased by his parents Ovila and Marguerite Malo, his brother Henri and brother-in-law Léon Aubut. Hervé was a painter for most of his life. He enjoyed fishing and visiting his friends at MacDonald's. He also cherished his scooter rides to the Forks with Cécile. A funeral Mass to celebrate Hervé's life will be held at Holy Family Parish, 778 Archibald Street, on Saturday, January 5, 2013. Interment of his cremated remains will take place at a later date at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. Harve will be sadly missed by all who knew him. We had some great times together. It's unfortunate that his illness kept him from enjoying his life to the fullest.
