Condolences & Memories (6 entries)

  • We were very sad to hear of Frank's passing. We know what a wonderful man he was because of all the love and care you showed him. Hold on to your memories, and know that you'll be together again. Blessings, Geri and Michael (T417) - Posted by: Geri Gray (Friend from Deer Lodge) on: Jan 11, 2013

  • My sincere condolences to all of Uncle Frank's family. He was an amazing person. Like Len, I also remember working for him at the dairy during the summer vacation. By example he was able to instill a work ethic that would stay with me all my life. He could outwork anyone half his age as it was his way of staying young. He will be busy now at another reunion with many family and friends whom he hasn't seen for many years. He'll have that twinkle in his eye as they all welcome him home. - Posted by: Barb Boivin (Niece) on: Jan 09, 2013

  • I send my sincere condolences to my cousins on the passing of their father. I am so glad that we had the family reunion a couple of years ago since that was the last time many of the family saw and talked with Uncle Frank. I will remember you in my prayers. - Posted by: Betty Anne Arbuthnot (Niece) on: Jan 09, 2013

  • Hi Maggie, our thoughts are with you at this time. Take care. Bernard & Debby Carling - Posted by: Bernard & Debby Carling (Friends of Maggie Kubas (daughter)) on: Jan 09, 2013

  • My Uncle Frank was an amazing individual. He was my "boss" for three summers, and was mentor to my brothers and many cousins who also worked for him during our summer holidays. He had a great sense of humour and was dedicated to his family and what he believed in. The RCAF motto really applied to Frank Kubas -- Per Ardua Ad Astra. - Posted by: Leonard Kubas (Nephew) on: Jan 08, 2013

  • My fondest memory of Uncle Frank was when my Mom was diagnosed with cancer and at home, she was craving tangerines. Being March, they were not in season but when he came visiting, he somehow had tangerines for Mom. I remember his laugh..... great one for a laugh! Love you Uncle, have many happy reunions....... - Posted by: Vicki Yankoski (Niece) on: Jan 08, 2013
