I have many memories of Joanne from my early years in Reston. She was so much a part of the the school, choir, and social scene. How can we forget The Reston Figure Skating Club? She will always be 'Cinderella' in my memory. - Posted by: Margaret Wilcock (McMorran) (friend and fellow skater) on: Feb 11, 2013

Having lived my young years in Reston, Joanne was a wonderful role model -- beautiful, talented, friendly, outgoing with lots of humour. I will remember her as an "ice princess" at the Reston rink. My sympathy to her family and friends. - Posted by: Clare Simpson (McMorran) (Friend) on: Jan 19, 2013

We certainly had some great times together, lots of laughter a few drinks and maybe a disapproving glance or two, but that was you Joanne and that is how we will remember you. Hope you are having as much fun now as you did in life. The pain is gone now. Love you Allan and Sally - Posted by: Allan and Sally Bulloch (Cousin/friend and laughing partners) on: Jan 16, 2013

Joanne was a great person. As a special friend, she was never at a loss for words. Joanne always said what was on her mind in a positive manner. Joanne was a respected individual, great co worker and a friend. I will miss our chats on the phone and in person. Your retirement party was a blast.
