Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEVELYN MAMIE SKINNER Peacefully, on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at the Grace Hospital, Evelyn Skinner, aged 91 years, of Winnipeg, MB. Evelyn was born on September 2, 1921 in Thornhill, Manitoba. She is survived by her sons, David (Judy) and Jeff; granddaughter, Jaimi (Graeme) Green of Winnipeg, great-granddaughters Sydney and Olivia; granddaughter, Joelle (Damon) Chow of Bakersfield, California, great-granddaughter Myla and great-grandson Andrew; step-grandsons, Ryan and Reid, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband Gordon, sister Mildred of Brandon, brother Gerry of Whytewold and brothers-in-law, Morden (Ducky) of Lockport, and Jimmy and his wife Vivian of Windsor. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Society for Manitobans with Disabilities or the Kidney Foundation. She completed her life the same way she lived it, with grace and courage.
