I also witnessed WALTER at a baseball game with his sister EVELYN - FISHER BRANCH old timers vs CHATFIELD, WALTER cheering loudly & to his delight FISHER BRANCH won. WALTER was so involved in the game. He was also asked to be less critical of the umpire during one old timer game when he thought the umpire was making some bad calls. The Fisher Branch old timers baseball team are most certainly going to miss their #1 fan. Deepest sympathies to Myrna and family! - Posted by: GAIL & CLIFF SKIBINSKI (FRIENDS) on: Feb 22, 2013

With Deepest Sympathy Myrna and Family. We all loved Uncle Walter so much! Derek is honoured to be delivering the eulogy. Take comfort in the following: John 14:1-4 “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.” Read more: http://www.whatchristianswanttoknow.com/bible-verses-about-death/#ixzz2LYe5tJPN - Posted by: Candy Chudyk (married to his nephew Derek Chudyk) on: Feb 21, 2013
