ROSITA CRISOSTOMO ACUNA February 21, 1940 - February 16, 2013 It is with deep sadness that we announce that Rosita passed suddenly at Seven Oaks General Hospital at the age of 72. She was predeceased by her parents Ignacio and Fidela. Left to cherish her memory are her siblings in Canada, Fernando (Jiokso) Acuna, Angelina Topacio and in the Philippines Lydia (Fausto) Encabo, Constancia (Zosimo) Sarinas and Emiliano (Theodora) Acuna. Her nephews and nieces in Canada and in the Philippines will truly miss her motherly presence. The family would like to thank the staff of Seven Oaks Hospital Emergency and the City of Winnipeg Ambulance authority. Lamay/Viewing will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 and Saturday, February 23, 2013 commencing at 6:00 p.m. at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg, MB. Prayer Vigil will be held at 7:00 p.m. at Mosaic Funeral Chapel on Friday evening with Father Rainerio Sarce officiating. Interment and Funeral Mass will be held at a later date in the Philippines.
