WALTER SPANIK Suddenly at St. Boniface Hospital on Monday, March 11, 2013, Walter Spanik, aged 84 years of Winnipeg. Walter was born and raised in Winnipeg and was a longtime employee of Manitoba Sugar. Predeceased by his wife Anne in 1999, and his parents Paul and Clara Shepanski, Walter leaves to cherish his memory cousins, Wally (Olga) Eschuk, Elsie Yarmill, Leo and Ken Ewanochko and several relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 15 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. with Fr. V. Bashutskyy officiating. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
