Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAGDALENA KOT Magdalena Kot (nee Filik), born February 15, 1923, passed away on March 20, 2013, having reached the age of 90. Predeceased by her husband Paul, Maggie leaves behind to celebrate her life, son Walter (Sylvia), and grandchildren Mickey and Maxwell. Maggie was born in Sadok, Poland where she met her future husband, Paul. They married in Austria and left after the war to start a new life in Canada. Maggie had boundless energy and a tenacious personality. She loved her family with all her heart. Great memories were made at the cottage in Boulder Bay. Her grandchildren and her garden were Maggie's pride and joy. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 28 at Sts. Vladimir and Olga Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 115 McGregor St. with Rt. Rev. Msgr. Mitrat M. Buyachok officiating. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
