He was predeceased by his loving wife Mary on October 12, 1998. In accordance with Harley's wishes, cremation has taken and no formal service will be held. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.

I met Harley briefly, yet he impacted me in a big way. I knew him as a kind & humble soul that had a lot to complain about, but chose to be positive instead. I am sad that he has left this earth, yet relieved he is no longer suffering. RIP Harley. - Posted by: L () on: Mar 27, 2013
