JANET TRUTHWAITE Peacefully on Monday, April 1, 2013, at the Seven Oaks General Hospital, Janet Truthwaite, aged 81 years, of Lockport, MB, beloved wife of Buck. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013 in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, at 1:00 p.m. Full obituary to follow in Thursday's Winnipeg Free Press. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.

  • So sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was a wonderful person, we had many chats together, whenever she used to bring her little Missy for a cut. I gave her some clothes once of my Mom's, because she and my mom used to like to shop at Alia's, and they didn't fit mom anymore. Janet was just tickled pink with them. Maybe there will be an Alia store on the streets of Heaven, and my mom and Janet will meet there one day.
