• Herve was a colleague and a mentor for this naive girl at Emerson in the mid 70's. He led by example. His overseas experience made me want to follow in his path. I am saddened by his passing but feel fortunate to have known him all those years ago and always will remember his kindness and humanistic approach with workers and clients. I have very fond memories of Harvey who hired me when I first joined the Federal Government in Emerson (that was more than 30 years ago).
