• All of us at S.A.M. (Management) Inc. will miss Ken. He did his job with pride and commitment everyday. We called Newdale "Ken's Castle" because Ken made it an extension of his home. He always looked after his tenants, made the building a welcome place to come and was passionate about the annual BBQ. • I will miss Ken and the good times we had at the back of the block while he sat there having his coffee and having his smoking. Ken was a very great person to be around when you were down he had always brought you up we are gonna miss him very much. We cried when we had heard what had happened and could not believe it at all but it was and now he is not suffering no more and now he is in heaven with his wings and his pack of smokes looking down watching his family and his block we all love you and miss you tons Ken. He was a joker and a kidder and it was awesome when he would have the front lobby done up for Christmas, Halloween, Easter and so on it was wonderful walking into the Block hearing his music playing. • My wife and I are very thankful for all of the concern and care that Ken showed for our daughter, Denise. He promised me that he would look out for her and he kept his word. The world needs more people like Ken, he was truly her guardian angel. Though I did not know Ken that well, he had a profound impact on my life. I am very glad that I had him in our lives.
