ADELINE PAULINE FORD (LYSHCHYSHYN) 1939 - 2013 Peacefully on Saturday, June 1, 2013 our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Adeline passed away at the age of 73, at the Gimli Community Health Centre. She was predeceased by her husband Dennis, of 42 years, in 2002; her father Bill in 1983; mother Helen in 2003; daughter Tammy in 1971; mother-in-law Edna; father-in-law Leonard; sister-in-law Marge, and son-in-law Gilbert. Adeline leaves to cherish her memory her children Bill (Leslie), Gloria, Bonnie (Johnny), Bob (Aly); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her brother-in-law Ray; nephews and nieces and their families. Adeline was born on September 19 and raised in the Melnice area. She married Dennis on August 27, 1960. She loved her yard and flowers and planting a garden. If you didn't see Adeline in her yard she was in the kitchen making perogies and donuts. There was always something cooking on her stove. She enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, especially hola with her mother. She enjoyed listening to country music and dancing. She loved family gatherings so she could cook her special recipes. She loved going on road trips with Dennis. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 6 at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Williams Cemetery, #8 Hwy. and Whytewold Road. Adeline's honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren. Special thanks to Betel Care Home, Dr. R. C. Patel and nursing staff at Gimli Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Adeline may be made to Canadian Diabetic Foundation.
