I have so many fond memories as a child on my uncles farm. I spent many summer vacations visiting extended family in the Altona area. My Uncle Menno and Tante Anne always welcomed my sister and I with open arms - including us in all of the fun summer activities that the farm had to offer us "city" kids. I remember his big smile, love of God, engaging laugh, mischievous nature and rough housing. He would pinch our legs so hard and then laugh out loud while we squealed. Lunch was a can of beans in the middle of the table with 5 or 6 spoons depending on how many cousins were around! You will be missed dearly by many but most of all by your family! Thank you for all of the fond memories. Love your niece - Jodi - Posted by: Jodi Martel (Niece ) on: Jun 16, 2013
