DAVID PATRICK FULLERTON January 23, 1958 - June 15, 2013 Tragically on June 15, 2013, at the Health Sciences Centre, David Fullerton passed away. Deeply saddened by David's death are his mother Dorothy and Earl Smith, father Robert Fullerton, brothers Rob and Larry Fullerton. Numerous relatives and friends join in our sorrow.
