Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERMAINE LUCIE MARIE BRUNEL (née LEMAUX) Peacefully with her family by her side at the Notre Dame Foyer on Sunday, June 23, 2013, Mrs. Germaine Brunel of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba passed away at the age of 86 years. She leaves to mourn her two sons: Alex (Anna) and Ray (Marilyn) Brunel; seven granddaughters: Tanya (Jeremy), Christine (Chris), Jeanette (Darcy), Melissa (Gary), Michelle (Scott), Kaylene (J.P.), Joanne and eight great-grandchildren: Xavier, Hunter, Semiah, Ruby, Zacharie, Chloe, Kyle and Kellan. She also leaves to mourn two sisters-in-law: Anna Enquist and Colombe (Louis) Chabbert, along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Germaine was predeceased by her loving husband Gilbert on November 15, 2011; her parents, Jean Baptiste and Aurise (née Gariepy) Lemaux; three sisters: Berthe, Vicky and Lorette, and four infant siblings. Funeral Services will be held in the Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church on Friday, June 28, 2013. Prayers and video tribute at 10:00 a.m., Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. followed by family interment in the St. Lupicin Cemetery with Father Léon Mubikayi officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Notre Dame Health Foundation (new Hospital) or the St. Lupicin Cemetery.
