Herbert on June 23, 2013 at his residence at the age of 73. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Valerie, sisters Darlene and Melody, and numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Friday, June 28, 2013 at 7:30 p.m., funeral service will follow on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Wheeler Funeral Home, Cemetery & Crematorium 1800 Day Street.
