My dear sister Betty, where has the time gone? It's been 2 years since you became our angel, at times it seems like yesterday. I miss you so much. Some nights I think of our childhood, You had to grow up so fast. I don't think I ever told you, that you did a good job. Thank you Betty for taking on the responsibilities. Daddy was so proud of you. May you rest in peace love always, Karen xoxo - Posted by: Karen Hollis (sister) on: Jun 28, 2015

Betty and I were best friends at Aberdeen school - She was a great friend and I was sorry to lose touch with her. I was very sad to read about her passing. Betty reading the other posts I guess you had never changed still a wonderful person. When I saw you last at Superstore I wish we would have really gotten together for coffee instead of just saying it. It would have been great to sit with you a while. R.I.P. It's so sad to say good bye to you this way. - Posted by: Roslyn Saurette (old Aberdeen school chum) on: Jul 09, 2013

My dear sister Betty. I have so many memories of you. The last month that I visited her was so beautiful. She talked, laughed and told me stories about her cottage and the fun times she had with family and friends. She loved her family so much. She never asked for much, unless it was cheesecake. She shared some special words with me that I will cherish and keep them within me. I miss you so much. Till we meet again. - Posted by: Gloria Nagy (Dawydiuk) (sister) on: Jul 04, 2013

I was truly lucky to have known Betty. She was one of the most amazing and beautiful people in the world. She was happy, she loved life and could always make you smile and feel better when you were having a bad day. She would alway tell me while we were sitting on her deck at Grand Beach, "lemon Jen, we're here for a good time, not a long time", cheers our beers :) and enjoyed the summer sun. You will be greatly miss as a mother, grandmother, wife and friend. Love you BB xoxoxo - Posted by: Jennifer Ingimundson (Friend ) on: Jul 03, 2013

Betty is a beautiful person - inside and out. Though sadness and tears are here for sure now that you have crossed over - I have prayed that for your suffering lessened and maybe a miracle. I see that you are a miracle Betty... you gifted us all. She has always been a kind, caring considerate friend. From our childhood - when I'd go to her house and in a little voice say, "Is Betty home." She reminded me of those young innocent times. And school days in the old North End to these final years in Transcona and last at the Beach. You are my friend Betty forever and I love you. I made a promise to you and I will keep it forever... Till we meet again. My deepest condolences to Kevin... Jimmy Jaye La Vallee - Posted by: Jimmy La Vallee (Childhood friend) on: Jul 03, 2013
